Our online service allows you to request repeat prescriptions and book/cancel an appointment via our website or your Apple/Android device via the free App. To register you need to come into reception to complete an application form and bring with you some photo ID, such as a passport or drivers licence, and proof of your address. Once your identity has been verified, you will be sent a username and password which will enable you to use our online services.
