Please note: Online appointment booking has been suspended.

Appointments: We offer all appointments via the telephone. These can be booked by calling the surgery on 01924 334400 (option 1). You will be asked screening questions. Our staff will not book you a face to face appointment for any reason. You must speak to a doctor or nurse first. You can only book on the day and there is no facility to request a specific doctor or nurse. If you already have a pre-booked appointment DO NOT attend the surgery if you fall into an at risk category for COVID-19 or develop symptoms – please follow Public Health Advice.

Family Planning: We have now suspended coil and implant procedures until further notice.

Repeat Prescriptions: These can be requested online or in writing. If you do not have online access then you can request a repeat prescription in writing and post the request into the surgery’s external post box, the Prescriptions box in the foyer or send it through the post. We are temporarily accepting telephone requests for repeat prescriptions ONLY for patients who are unable to order in any other way – please call between 9.30am and 11am or 2pm and 3.30pm. 

Home Visits: If you make a home visit request you will be telephoned first to discuss if this is safe and appropriate.

Fit Notes: We DO NOT provide statutory sick notes for self-isolation. See the following link: Isolation Note.

Please bear with us as the phone lines are extremely busy and your waiting time for the phone to be answered will be longer than usual. We understand that this is a very challenging time for all our patients and we will respond to changing circumstances as quickly as possible.
