If you are asked to attend the surgery by one of our staff, please use the intercom or self check-in to alert staff members of your arrival.
Do not enter the building until you are asked to do so.
We ask that patients entering the building wear a face covering unless they are in an exempt category.
Children aged 11 and under are not required to wear a face covering.
